How to Tell if You're Getting Counterfeit Gold
You're really at the mercy of trusting your dealer. The average person out there doesn't know enough in general to tell if they've got a counterfeit product or not. There are certain tests I could show you. A ring test I put it on my finger compared to real gold coins and you get the sound, be it a silver or gold coin. But when you get to bars, you don't have quite that ability. And the test you do, they've been layering tungsten with gold to make fake bars.
