The symptoms are non-specific. Any parasite symptom could also be SIBO, CFO or disrupted gut microbiome. It's entirely possible that someone has a parasite and it's not showing up on the test. The concept of differential diagnosis is this sort of like, you know, the key thing about diagnosis.
