Emotions are essentially, often coming from the amegdala, riht. This is then sending signals to the rest of our brain in terms of how to respond. And there's a physiological response that's happening sort of almost simultaneously with it. When we're unaware of our emotions, we simply y don't understand how much thy're governing our behavior.
