Created React App is a tool that lets you get going with no effort. It sweeps all of the bundling and build steps and server steps into one place for free. But it doesn't do CSS free processors currently, so if you want SAS or something like that, either it got to do it totally separate with a Gulp task or a Node script,. Or you have to eject from Create React App.
