There are two kinds of uncertainty. One is, it is known, but i don't know it. The other one is like, there is no answer. Most uncertainty mixes these two. For instance, a lot of things right now, like, how many more people are going to get cove 19? That's something that economists have done some pretty good work on. Uncertainty can be so paralyzing for us.
