The Conservation of Energy and Momentum Problem in Space
A supernova remnant nebula has been found to have exploded into space. The explosion was caused by an instability in the shape of the star, some it's not perfectly symmetrical. In theory we can use gravitational waves and larger observatories to measure the formation of these hypervelocity stars as they're forming.
