Building a Progressive Web App With Web Technologies

You build what we would traditionally consider to be a progressive web app with or without the service worker component of that PWA. But if you were building an installable app, an app that was designed to have an app like experience, not a website like experience, you build that with whatever web technology you like. We are runtime wraps around the native web view of each platform. And then we inject into that web view additional APIs that allow you through what's called IPC to communicate back secured with CSP headers.
