I think it's a really important aspect of business and your career is building relationships. And being able to have conversations with people and actually learn what their pain points are was something I did when I talked with product owners on my team. It allowed me to understand that and then, you know, make decisions around that. You're thinking about the customers of the small business, but also about the small business themselves and how they run their digital stuff.
