Jake: One of the things within my organization that I try to do as someone on the UX team is kind of foster user empathy across the organization. What are the most effective ways you have seen or employ yourself to do so? Have you made videos of people actually using your stuff? Jake: Yeah and I actually within that kind of like is just playing it in front of people without asking them the best way to do it once you make one.
