Ovd: How can we have wins for ourselves where we actually have a sense of accomplishment? And two things that i've seen work really well for this over the years. One is to set the bar very, very low and then move it up as people become more comfortable with being able to accomplish something. The other is to identify in advance what are the most clear bars i want to make traction, because i think they're likely to experience early success.
