How to Keep Your Attention in the Body
I invite you to deepen your breath and feel the breath in your body. Notice the top of your head now. Then I'll have you zoom out and include your whole body in your awareness. As you sense into the feeling of your whole body, spend a minute just noticing the physical sensations that are arising. Sooner or later, usually sooner, your mind will wander away from focusing on your body. Just know that this is perfectly normal. This is exactly what the mind does. And sweetly, kindly bring the attention back to a physical sensation. When in doubt I use where my body is making contact with the ground beneath me. Really great work.
