Psychiatric Medicines - What Are They?
Doctor dan angle has spent a lot of time in central and south america working with indigenous people. Oftentimes it's coming off pharmaceuticals and medications in order to have an experience, or maybe using microdosing as a way to step down and off of psychiatric medications. But i had never heard them described as psychidalic medications. It makes me think and appreciate the fact that, you know, the original medicine keepers, they wouldn't call themselves chamans. They are interfacing with the plant medicines as doorways into the psyche - transpersonal and collective space of healing. We're designed as healing machines and homeostatic mechanisms to come back to base line.
