Conversational Design - Rosethorn Bud

The concept of plus delta is what I used to use to get people to reflect or do feedback. It's like you take a negative and you have to turn it into a delta. Delta is the, is used in, in physics as the Greek symbol for change. So we have Rosethorn bud, something positive, thorns, something negative or painful. And bud, something that can grow into a rose. The word designs the conversation.
