The IMF estimates the Ukraine will need about 3 to 4 billion in foreign aid a month for its public services alone. The question is what's coming next in Russia? We know that there are these big divisions in Russian society between people who broadly speaking approve of the war, people who don't. But what's coming in the younger generation, those who are sort of 16, maybe 18 and below who are really growing up in this increasingly militaristic, radicalised environment. Well, let's start at the beginning. Can we go back to the beginning? Where does modern Russian fascism come from?
