The UNS Leaks Medical Technology

I wanted to tell a story with an ensemble cast that was a small ensemble and in order for them to shine they can't call for help. But it needed to be an environment where they could get into big trouble. The UNS has decided to deliberately leak medical technology to these folks in such a way that it's crippled. This is the worst sort of you know government social engineering we can imagine. I finally read Going Postual by Terry Pratchett as some of you may know since I've mentioned before I'm playing Ketchup on Pratchett.
