Is There a Framework to Get Through the Pain?

A lot of leaders are dealing with loss at a level that they have never dealt with loss before. For people who lead churches, they're anywhere from 50 to 30 % smaller than they were two years ago and it doesn't look like that' turning around any time soon. I think embracing life's fragility also means embracing the fact that nothing ever stays the same. And i do think, especially now, given everything that we're all going through in the world, this is what religions have always been telling us.
