When the government shrucks private companies to censors, that is a violation of First Amendment. Elon Musk said he's going to buy Twitter and restore free speech. He can ban whoever he wants, but then don't call him free speech absolutely because he got his calls. The government is not allowed to infringe on the First Amendment.
