Caffeine and the Circadian Rhythm

Caffeine doesn't have any adverse effects. It's the perfect fix for circadian rhythm problems. Caffeine can be great in the right dose and the right timing, like everything else. But because the half life of caffeine is pretty long, it's very variable based on individual and tolerance and time of day itself. If you have a cup of coffee right before this 4pm my time call, I would definitely have trouble falling asleep later tonight at 10 or 11.
