chainlink is an abstraction layer through which all block chains and all layrtos could be interfaced with through a single interface. It's upplying the centralization and transparency and cryptographic, guaranteed nature of block chain consensus to everything else. The truth machine basically becomes the trigger or the gateway or the source of all the truth that is used to create cryptographically guaranteed relationships by both peers and institutions.
