In 2019 there were 33 million people who had some access to some form of overdraft. Today that number is reduced by over 16.5 million. Only 20% of new personal current accounts offer an overdraft and so we have calculated from research backed up with data from various sources. There is circa 27 million people who no longer have access to an overdraft. We believe that our product would resonate with 16.9 million people.
