Is There a Training Clinic Where I Can Get Low Cost Therapy?
There are options on line. And these programmes are less expensive than traditional in person therapy. If you don't have access to uno therapists that fit any of the crite that i've been talking about, a university or sliding scale, et cetera, that may not be the end of the road for you. You can also look at their websit and see if they have any resources available. It's becoming more common for insurance companies to offer free mental health courses. Some might give you accountability but others just regularly talk to people who are going through it too.
