X-Macken was the first bit of directing I did, because it wasn't. And I was quite comfortable with it, but also I approached it as a writer. So now I've lost my imposter syndrome. If somebody does say to me, what do you do? I say I'm a writer, but that's my job description. For me, often directing is about just not having to have a director there. I've written a script. A script is like the architect Luprin to make the building. Someone else has got to decide which table's going the bar or whatever. But my key bit of work is the script.
