Atlassian's model is not appropriate for the two thousand biggest companies on the planet, Jay says. Workday is sort of a single, largely top down decision to pick one human resource management system and it's going to be sponsored by the head of HR and probably the CIO. If you're in a market where the advantages that you have from a product and feature perspective or from a price and perspective are not that profound against competitors in your market, potentially sales needs to be an advantage as well.
