How to Build an AAC From a Python Package

I think it was not really a standard way to build an AAC from like a Python package. There are a few tools that like Pyoxitizer is one of the newer option. If there was a more official sort of core dev organized way, that would make me super happy. I'm not supposed to say for official or unofficial.
