Jacqueline Davis, a New Orleans Homicide Detective
Jacqueline davis, the first black woman to become a new orleans homicide detective, was indicted in federal rt on extortion and conspiracy. Her attorney didn't want her to testify since it would give prosecutors opportunity to question her about that way back perjury charge. She left behind her daughter and seven year old grandson, colin, who told her he wanted to grow up to be a police officer just like her.
