There is a legitimate need to know what types of things should or shouldn't be included at times when it comes to legal issues, for example. I tend to be one of those people that is wordy rights too much, and that's just time consuming it not necessary. But the fact that the client has experienced sexual trauma is very relevant to the treatment and should be in the note,. So you kind of think about like what would be relevant for another therapist to know. You don't really need to go into much more detail than that.
