Bitcoin, Is It a Speculative Vehicle?
I wrote an open letter to Ray Dalio regarding Bitcoin and I gave him an F for three key reasons. The two things that a currency needs to be able to do is first be a medium of exchange and second be a storehold of wealth. And because its volatility is so great, it's not an effective storehold of Wealth. So it is a speculative vehicle, now highly speculative vehicle, based on blockchain,. which is a very impressive technology.
