The Power of Empathy

I think my path has been so tumultuous for a reason to show me that um tumultuous is not dangerous per se. It's given me a greater capacity to hold The the things that I don't want to hold So it's like I'm still scared all the time But I feel like now I can see it for what it is. And learning to accept the suffering in life Can help keep you from adding additional pain and suffering on top of the suffering that life is always going to dish unto you That's huge.
