The Shift in Strategy for Bennett's Company

The company has kind of been going through a shift in its strategy. So if we were to look at the tenure since you've been on up until this year, it was grow, grow, grow acquisition, acquisition, acquisition. Now you're doing things like, well, you're first dividend and some share buybacks. Why the change and why now? Right. At the outset of our journey online marketing, we outlined a comprehensive list of strategic capabilities that are essential to implement the vision that that Bennett I were following. And thanks to the remarkable success that we had in M and A over the years, by the end of 2022, we had acquired a vast majority of these capabilities.
