Deduction has been around for melenia. Aristotle was the first who codified the notion of deduction. But many traditional philosophers like to think that heas deduction is everywhere. People do quite poorly in deductive reasoning experiments, which puts pressure on the idea that deductions are everywhere. And so then you have the question: Why tat conclusion that we're theorizing simply does not exist?
