How to Get Yourself in the Conversation at Work
If a showrunner really loves a show, that means that somehow it's tapping into their values of what the work is. The other thing I think this does is it puts you with that person in something that's not work related. It's like maybe to search out those points of connection. But then if you're the one being the manager, it's like, okay, let me be open to those things and not have a very close sense.
