How to Develop Positive Working Relationships With Your Colleagues
i think it's your relationship with your colleagues is going to be one of the most important thing and so developing that kind of relationship that's a good positive working relationships important. An author named gale mccutchen from the 80s wrote this excellent book about curriculum deliberation that i think provides some excellent principles and guidelines for how to engage in conversations that are relational based. I recently published a book actually with folks from card of men with uh uh gary beecham and and dalen adams um called pedagogy's for the future which focuses on thinking philosophically.
