Creativity Matters

i want to start o youngest art with Suzanne, so the topic of creativity. We've been hearing more and more about this. And i'm curious, why is this? Why are people talking about it? I think things are really shifting up a notch now. It doesn't matter if you're a designer or creative or the person on the marketing team who's supposed to be more creative,. finance, legal, product. Everyone needs to be creative these days and be a better creative problem solver.
