We typically model some right now in the oil space, something around $70 oil. Even if we saw significant decreases down to six year 50, many would still do very well. We're talking about 15% to 20% free cash flow yields. It's hard for me to predict commodity prices and then give you a strong bullish view on where they are going to go.
