Anonymity - An Overview

The judge referred to two cases in particular when reviewing the various jurisprudente surrounding anonymity. One of those was the well known case of j x m x. In that case, the claimant's father had been diagnosed with huntington's disease and a sufferer's child has a 50 % chance of inheriting it. And it was her case that anonymity was necessary because there was a real risk that her daughter would find out about this condition.
