As you observe the exhale moving out of the body, just begin to notice the flow of the inhail and the axhal. Allow your body to soften, if that feels comfortableand become aware of the earth beneath you. Notice how when the body receives an inhal the earth rises up to hold and cradle the body. As the body exhales, it softens into that trustful hold of the earth. So for the next five breaths, just feel the earth rising and the body softening. Now, ginning with the number 27, begin to count your exhales backwards.
