Ronald Klitzman: I've been to work celebrating structures. And also open space. So link coffee is a pretty direct translation of what we're doing at this open space into a meeting. People are much happier. They did it once as an experiment, and like you said, they never want to go back. But that productivity was it's open, it's in this right. If we wanted to intentionally sabotage it, what would we do? Right. He says he used the techniques called Tris - where you say, okay, I'm going to build a bridge. And I want to know all the risk in that area. How can we mitigate that? Just by asking
