AI is going to make both generating and processing nearly infinitely long complex contracts leading to 10x the lawsuits. Increase the efficiency of lawyers paradoxically, increase the demand for legal resources. It would be trivially cheap and easy to turn what would have been a handshake agreement into a legal one. In about 5 minutes, I used chatgpt to learn how to sue my neighbor for planting trees on my property.
