The Brothers of Jesus - Is There a Limit to the Mercy of God?

Adelpho can mean brothers, yes, it can mean simblings, like i have my brothers, mark and matthew. But it also can mean cousins. It can mean am uncle and nephew. Were lot and abraham are adelphoi, but we know that they are not brothers, not siblings. They are uncle and nephews.
