Africa has a very vibrant democratic culture, depending on the country. But africa also has a lot of countries thatare not only full on autocracies but still important. And so then if it feels like democracis versus autocracy's position as it's articulated by bidan administration and state department isno kind of designed to cut through the noise. The bigger problem is that we seeing l for, just for example, algeb t rights and a lot of other quite established rights being rolled back within the united states.
