The Role of Emotions in Decision Making
I'm quite buoyed by the idea that these are learnable skills and therefore, you know, teachable. And a lot of your focus has been how do you acknowledge the key role that emotions play in learning outcome, in frankly, in thriveability? So when you've approached superintendents or Darks of Education, principals, educators, that have said, I don't need emotions... Well, I tell them that they can be successful, but they're going to die very lonely. Just because who wants to be around people like that?
