The Challenge to the EU's Digital Services Act

Chinese hackers were able to access Microsoft email accounts belonging to two dozen government agencies and a massive data breach. Amazon has filed a challenge to the EU's Digital Services Act or DSA that's scheduled to become a fully operational act Death Star style by August 25th. If the EU determines the tech company counts as a quote unquote very large online platform or VLOP, then that company must meet certain obligations in order to comply with these new regulations.
