Do Rates of Civilization Have Anything to Do With the Timing of Pregnancy?

Both brain and body size in human neonates is very large compared to what we would expect for a primate of our size. I don't know exactlyw how you would piece this together in terms of thinking about what the length of pregnancy look like overa human evolution. Certainly i would suspect that as a more maternal investment has to be put into brain and body growth, t that would elongate pregnancy. But sort of how that exactly ties to changes in isepilization, in homon and evolution, it's probably really hard to know.
