The Journey From an Individual Contributor to a Leader

I think it comes down to asking good questions and figuring out like a way to answer the questions. When I was working at GoPro, we were trying to build experiences, for example, for 360 video storytelling. That's not the question that engineers tend to ask. So what the process of trying to validate or to research what the engagement model might be like is just a lot of asking questions.
