Ukrainians had a good organization and they were a Western-style army in a way, mainly because they'd been trained increasingly by Western forces. They built themselves an army that looked like a Western army but didn't have enough weapons. The ones that made the difference were the end laws with the anti-tank weapon, the javelin anti-tank weapons. And as you say, the Turkish-Bei Rakhta drone, the TB2s, in the early phases made a big difference.
