How to Love People and Love Talking

How do we build that love of talking and of people? I mean, do we hone in on the things that we love to talk to and talk to them more? Or do we watch motivational examples? Well, you start off by talking to the people that you love and that you're comfortable with. So then you have to know your topic. Because it's so important to know your subject matter. It's so much easier to give a speech if you have thoroughly researched and reviewed your topic.
