The model that they developed in their previous study with assumptions about fast and slow twitch fiber activations baked in. And so essentially, what that signs you up to believe is that the earliest reps in a set are just as stimulating for hypertrophy as the later Reps in a set. So if you take this model seriously, like you're you would be saying nine sets of 10 at a 30 R M load is better forhypertrophy than three sets of 30 at a 30R M load. I don't think many people will carry water for that idea.
