i was that parent for so long, i did not even think about it. My parenting mantre in myh all the time is, your child isn't giving you a hard time. That's what i think during my pause ratis it's not personal. A lot of times when our kids are intense, it's a problem for them too. They do want to feel good and do good, and they can't when things are in awry for them rate. I mean, how would you speak to your friend or a colleague, or a family member, like an adult family member? That's the way you should be speaking to your kids too. You know, they're people
