adult development theory is one of the ways I started out that's kind of my my first line of study anything that helps me understand or make sense of complexity better is something I love. theories about power Adam Cajane has a really lovely little book called power and love that just completely rocked my world when I was first reading it. Each of them introduces us to a way of seeing the world and asks us which way is habitual for you then can you pan out and see a broader system than the system that you're automatically seeing? That whole enterprise is this my favorite enterprise so yeah maybe we could get 10 of these theories and look at them all.
