The Different Dimensions of Cool

It feels like there's a hidden third requirement where they describe the remote work company as cool. Maybe we're reading into that word a little too much. I think in that case, take it. Go for it. If you are concerned about the cool thing, I would say cool can be won and lost pretty quickly. There are lots of boring businesses that make money and allow their employees to have productive, happy lives.
